Structure and objectives:
- We define ourselves as an independent alliance, which is following its own goals and vouches for one another.
- We are part of the Northern Coalition (NC) and are fighting on their side.
- The alliance is administrated by an alliance-counsil, made up of one representative at a time from any member corporation or his/her replacement. Each corporation has one vote. On equality of votes the final decision shall be made by a president, which is newly elected every third month. At a time of 2 weeks before ending of such a cycle the corporation which provides the next president will be appointed by the currently acting president.
- Every member represents the alliance towards the outside world. The corresponding corporation has to take necessary actions considering any possible misconduct in this regard. If no counteractive measures are taken by the responsible corporation the alliance-counsil decides about potential consequences.
- We are gathering our Money via Moon-mining and a tax that every Corp has to pay. That's an amount of 5 Million ISK per Player (including Alt-Chars)
- We are no longer a pure German speaking Alliance. And the main language inside the Alliance is English.
Attitude and political alignment:
- We do not tolerate piracy, neither in nor beyond our alliance.
- In low-security systems (0.0 < x < 0.5) permission to engage others is only granted if they possess a security-status lower or equal to -5.0 and do not have a blue-standing.
- We pursue a NBSI policy within 0.0 space, as long as allied parties have not set up other rules within their territory.
